Let’s meet up!

Hi! I’m Marnies, 32 years young, engaged to Rowen, and mom to Riff and Raeven. I’m a busy mom who, alongside working in education, is building a “digital nomad” life to turn our dream into reality.

In my younger years, I ventured on solo trips to places like Indonesia, Vietnam, and Berlin. Later, I traveled with my husband to Thailand and Indonesia, and eventually, with our little one in tow. That first trip with a baby – what an adventure! When Riff was about six months old, we drove to Italy, packing up everything we thought we’d need (turns out, not so necessary!). By the time he was 11 months old, we spent three weeks traveling around our favorite destination, Bali.

We’ve since lived in Bali for six months with Riff, and in the summer of 2024, we enjoyed another six weeks on “our” island.

Looking ahead, we plan to travel even more and might settle in Asia one day. To keep education intertwined with our future plans, Travel with the Kid is where travel meets learning.
